4 Ripe nectarines
30g Butter
5 Teaspoons demerara sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrades
- Cut the nectarines in half and remove the stone. Arrange on a baking trays, cut side up.
- Heat the butter with the demerara sugar and the vanilla extact, until smooth, stirring constantly.
- Drizzle over the nectarines and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with either ice cream, natural greek yoghurt or creme fraiche.
